Matthew C. Scarborough
heads the firm's Tampa Office and is a graduate
of Stetson University (B.B.A. Marketing,
1989) and the University of Miami School
of Law (J.D. 1992).
Mr. Scarborough specializes
in the defense of automobile, premises liability,
and property claims. Mr. Scarborough also
has extensive experience at the trial and
appellate levels in coverage litigation.
Mr. Scarborough has been practicing
law since 1992 and his professional associations
include the Florida and Hillsborough Bar
Associations; Florida Defense Lawyer Association;
and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Scarborough
is a graduate of the International Association
of Defense Counsel Trial Academy and is
a Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

| Christopher T. Hill
practices in the areas of construction litigation,
intellectual property litigation, insurance
defense and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Hill is a graduate of the University
of Florida, where he received degrees from
the College of Engineering (B.S.I.E., cum
laude, 1987) and College of Law (J.D. 1990).
Mr. Hill was a member of the UF Moot Court
Team and also received a teaching fellowship
for the Appellate Advocacy program. Mr.
Hill was admitted to the Florida Bar in
1990 and is also a member of the A.S. District
Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts
of Florida, and the Ninth and Eleventh District
Courts of Appeal. He is also admitted to practice
in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal
Circuit in Washington, D.C. Member: Florida Bar:

Mr. Hill brings more than 13 years of experience
to the firm and has successfully tried a
wide variety of cases to jury verdict and
has successfully pursued appeals in both
state and federal courts. Mr. Hill has been
in the vanguard of Internet litigation,
litigating several domain name disputes
and the landmark Internet jurisdiction decision
of Cybersell v. Cybersell. In his practice,
Mr. Hill has represented numerous companies
and insurers, including Anheuser-Busch,
The Home Depot, Cox Enterprises, Dow Chemical
Co., American Insurance Group, The Hartford,
The Travelers Ins. Group, and Old Dominion
Trucking.

| Kenneth B. Rugh
heads the firm's Orlando office. He specializes
in premises liability, auto negligence and
mold/IAQ litigation.
Mr. Rugh was admitted to the Florida Bar
in 1995; U.S. District Court, Middle District
of Florida, 1996; U.S. District Court, Northern
and Southern Districts of Florida, 1999.
Mr. Rugh is a graduate of University of

| Steven R. Main
practices in the firm's Orlando office
and specializes in the areas of general
commercial litigation, products liability,
insurance coverage disputes, and insurance
defense litigation. Mr. Main has also
successfully defended claims involving
professional malpractice and catastrophic
personal injuries.
Mr. Main is a graduate of Laurentian University
in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada (B.Comm 1995)
and Wake Forest University School of Law
(J.D. 1998). He was admitted to the Florida
Bar in 1998; United States District Court,
Middle District of Florida, 1998; United
States District Court, Northern District
of Florida, 1999; United States District
Court, Southern District of Florida, 1999;
United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh
Circuit, 2000. Mr. Main has been involved
in appellate proceedings before the Fourth
and Fifth District Courts of Appeals, as
well as the Court of Appeal for the Eleventh
Circuit.
In law school, Mr. Main was a member of
the National Trial Team that successfully
competed at both the regional and national
level. He also received the Robert Goldberg
award for excellence in trial advocacy.
Mr. Main is a member of the Florida and
Orange County Bar Associations. He is also
a member of the Young Lawyer's Division
of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Jason R. Hull is an associate in
the firm’s Tampa office and is a graduate of
the Florida State University (B.S. Political
Science, 1996) and Samford University –
Cumberland School of Law (J.D. 2000). While
in law school, Mr. Hull was bestowed the
honor of ‘Scholar of Merit’ in Business
Organizations.
Mr. Hull has represented an assorted group
of clients, including corporations, private
individuals, and insurance carriers. The
focus of his practice has been on litigating
premises liability cases, auto accident
liability and wrongful death cases, and
defending actions under the Florida
Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
Mr. Hull also has extensive experience in
representing governmental entities in all
matters, having served as an associate City
Attorney for the City of Destin and the City
of Fort Walton Beach.
Mr. Hull has been practicing law since 2000
and his professional associations include
the Florida and St. Petersburg Bar
Associations; Florida Defense Lawyers
Association; and the Young Lawyers Division
of the Florida Bar.

Scott L. Reed is an associate in the
firm’s Orlando office. Mr. Reed specializes
in the areas of general commercial
litigation and insurance defense litigation.
He is a graduate of the University of
Florida (B.A. 1990) and the University of
Florida Levin College of Law (J.D. 1994).
Mr. Reed is admitted to the Florida Bar and
the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Reed is
also a member of the Orange County Bar

Chelsie M. Lamie is an associate in
the firm’s Tampa office. She is a graduate
of the University of Tampa (B.A. Psychology,
2002) and Stetson University College of Law
(J.D. 2007). Prior to attending law school,
Ms. Lamie worked as a Florida Licensed
Claims Adjuster for an international
commercial carrier. Ms. Lamie continues to
maintain her adjusting license and is
currently working towards earning a CPCU
designation. While in law school, Ms. Lamie
was a recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Trial
Advocacy Award. Ms. Lamie is a member of the
Florida Bar Association; the Florida Defense
Lawyers Association; the Young Lawyers
Division of the Florida Bar; the
Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers;
and the Windstorm Insurance Network.

Kevin M. Davis is an associate in the
